These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", or "User") and 85jl ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://85jl.vip and all associated gaming services, features, promotions, and content.

The 85jl platform is operated under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the government authority responsible for regulating gaming in the Philippines. All operations on the 85jl platform are subject to and must comply with applicable Philippine laws, regulations, and PAGCOR directives as they are issued and amended from time to time.

By accessing the 85jl website, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 85jl platform and, if you have already registered, request account closure through the support team.

85jl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via the email address or mobile number on file.

The 85jl platform is strictly intended for adult use only. In accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, the following eligibility requirements apply to all prospective and existing Members:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration. This age requirement is set by PAGCOR and cannot be waived under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity or trust) registering for personal entertainment purposes.

By registering, you represent and warrant that all eligibility criteria are met and that the information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and truthful. Providing false eligibility information constitutes fraud and may result in criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.

To participate in real-money gaming on 85jl, you are required to complete the account registration process and satisfy the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification requirements mandated by PAGCOR's anti-money laundering (AML) framework.

• Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 85jl platform. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited.
• You must provide your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address during registration.
• The mobile number provided must be an active Philippine number (Smart, Globe, or DITO) that you personally control, as it is used for security OTPs and account communications.

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, 85jl requires the submission of the following documents as part of mandatory KYC verification:

The 85jl platform accepts deposits denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, InstaPay, PesoNet, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 for e-wallet transactions.

Deposits are credited to your 85jl wallet at par value with no conversion surcharges applied by 85jl. Third-party transaction fees imposed by your payment provider (if any) are not controlled by 85jl and are the Member's responsibility.

85jl does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another individual — are prohibited and may trigger a compliance review resulting in account suspension.

Withdrawal requests on 85jl are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200 for e-wallet transactions. Bank transfer minimums may vary.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under ten (10) minutes for GCash and Maya for verified accounts. Bank transfer processing times are subject to the receiving institution's processing schedules.
• Bonus funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal and will not be included in withdrawal calculations.

An account is classified as dormant if no login activity has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 85jl will notify the Member via their registered contact details thirty (30) days before dormancy classification. Dormant account balances are maintained and remain accessible upon account reactivation via identity-verified login. Administrative fees may apply to dormant accounts as disclosed in the fee schedule published on the platform.

85jl periodically offers bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback arrangements, and loyalty program rewards to eligible Members. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are only available to Members who have completed KYC verification and are in good standing on the platform.
• Each promotion is subject to individual terms specifying the wagering requirement (playthrough multiplier), eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit, time limit, and maximum withdrawal amount derived from bonus funds.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived balance is eligible for withdrawal. Standard wagering requirements range from 20× to 40× the bonus amount unless specifically stated otherwise.

All games available on the 85jl platform — including slot games, live dealer games, virtual sports, bingo, e-sabong, and fishing games — operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed third-party providers and independently audited for fairness.

Game providers whose content is available on 85jl include, but are not limited to: JILI Technology, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, SA Gaming, Asia Gaming, and Spade Gaming. Each provider holds their own relevant gaming certifications and the integrity of their game outcomes is their own legal and regulatory responsibility.

• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages published in each game's information panel reflect independently certified long-term statistical averages. Individual session outcomes may vary significantly from published RTP figures, which is inherent to all certified gaming products.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or server error during a session, the outcome of that game round may be voided. 85jl will restore stakes wagered in a voided round to the Member's wallet balance. Winnings declared during a technical error are not payable.

• Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits may apply to jackpot or large win amounts. These limits are disclosed in the relevant game's terms and in the platform's financial policy documentation.

Live dealer games are operated by certified studios under continuous regulatory oversight. Dealer conduct is subject to studio-level compliance standards. Disputes arising from live dealer game conduct should reference the specific game round ID in all communications with 85jl support.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 85jl platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances pending investigation, and referral to PAGCOR or law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the 85jl platform, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any subsequent account inquiry.
• Using payment instruments that belong to another person or are not registered in your own name for deposit or withdrawal purposes.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, with 85jl staff, or with game provider personnel to gain an unfair advantage.
• Employing automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not available to a standard human user.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain. You are required to report any such vulnerabilities to support immediately upon discovery.
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid AML reporting thresholds, or using the 85jl platform for any purpose connected to illicit financial activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing conduct toward 85jl staff or other Members through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access other Members' accounts, circumvent platform security, or interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure.

The 85jl name, logo, website design, user interface, proprietary software, written content, promotional materials, and all associated intellectual property are the exclusive property of the 85jl platform operator and are protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property law and international conventions.

Game content displayed on the 85jl platform is owned by the respective game providers and is licensed to 85jl for the purpose of offering it to Members. No right or licence to reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any platform content is granted to Members by virtue of their registration or use of the platform.

You may not use the 85jl brand name, logo, or any other proprietary material in any context — including social media, affiliate marketing, or personal websites — without prior written permission from 85jl's management team.

85jl collects, processes, and retains personal data submitted by Members in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference, and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing regulations.

The categories of personal data collected include: registration information (name, date of birth, contact details), identity documents submitted for KYC, payment transaction records, gaming history, and technical data such as IP addresses and device identifiers.

Personal data is used solely for the purposes of account administration, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and the delivery of platform services. 85jl does not sell, rent, or commercially distribute Member personal data to unrelated third parties. Data may be shared with PAGCOR, law enforcement, and payment processors as required by law.

85jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming as both a PAGCOR licensing obligation and a core operational value. The platform provides the following player protection tools, all accessible from the Account Settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits configurable by the Member. Once set, limits may only be reduced immediately; increases require a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Limits: Automatic session termination after a Member-defined period. Upon session timeout, the Member will be logged out and must actively re-login to continue.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 85jl's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Member in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

85jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational harm arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or 85jl had been advised of the possibility of such losses.

85jl does not warrant that the platform will operate without interruption, error, or technical failure at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure issues, telecommunications network failures, and force majeure events may temporarily affect platform availability. 85jl is not liable for losses arising from such interruptions where they are beyond 85jl's reasonable operational control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 85jl's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

85jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where any of the following circumstances apply:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms, including prohibited conduct described in Section 7.
• KYC verification cannot be completed or submitted documents are found to be fraudulent or insufficient.
• Suspicious activity is detected that triggers AML review obligations, pending investigation completion.
• A self-exclusion request is received from the Member.
• A directive is received from PAGCOR or any competent government authority requiring account suspension.
• 85jl reasonably determines that continued access poses a risk to the integrity of the platform, other Members, or third parties.

Upon account closure for cause, 85jl will complete a compliance review before releasing any remaining real-money balance. Funds determined to be legitimately owned by the Member following review will be returned to a verified payment method registered in the Member's name. Bonus funds and any balance accumulated through prohibited conduct are not returnable.

Members wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting support via live chat or email at any time. Voluntary closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any qualifying balance will be returned to the Member's verified payment method.

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of the 85jl platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Please include your registered mobile number, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant game round IDs or transaction references. 85jl commits to acknowledging complaints within four (4) hours and providing a substantive response within five (5) business days for standard matters.

If you are not satisfied with 85jl's internal resolution of your complaint, you have the right to escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official player complaint channels. As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, 85jl is legally obligated to cooperate with PAGCOR investigations and comply with PAGCOR's dispute resolution directives.

For any dispute not resolved through the above processes that proceeds to formal legal proceedings, the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

85jl reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time in response to changes in applicable law, PAGCOR regulatory guidance, business requirements, or operational changes to the platform.

For material changes to these Terms — defined as changes that materially affect Members' rights, obligations, or the core conditions of their account — 85jl will provide a minimum of fourteen (14) days' advance notice via the Member's registered email address or mobile number, and will display a prominent notice on the 85jl platform for the duration of that notice period.

Non-material changes (such as clarifications, typographical corrections, or formatting updates that do not affect the legal substance of the Terms) may be made without advance notice, effective upon publication on the platform.

The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent substantive revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the 85jl platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
